I went to a funeral that was done by them and it was beautiful. They were very respectful, very good at communicating especially when the service before ours overran and they all carried themselves very gracefully during the service and acted extremely professionally. My Partner and I used Sharon and the team at William Denys, Leytonstone to arrange my partner mothers funeral; from start to finish the service I received was impeccable. The staff were very professional and patient and the cost far more competitive that some of the more well-known Funeral Directors. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot thank Sharon and the team at William Denys enough for the brilliant service I received. I would highly recommend William Denys, Leytonstone, London to everyone. My Mother died in May of this year. I have used William Denys three times in the last two years, the compassion and kindness the staff have given me is beyond compare. I have had a very stressful time since May. Sharon has been my rock,way beyond her job role. Would tell anyone to use thier services. Five star treatment. .
