McDonald's

Very poor queuing system. Circle is a member of staff, known to be some kind of shift manager/supervisor just walking around and not seen to be doing much in terms of queue. A member of staff at the till point was free but she was looking somewhere else, I approached her but she served someone else which was more than 5 yards away from me. Poor service. Was planning to have lunch elsewhere, but managed to get served by other member of staff, who also didnt look interested and motivated. Food was nice and hot. But staff and queuing system needs improving.

Due to store do not support MacDonald's app and can not collect any points on your order the store will score very badly, service is OK but no milkshake available today? the speed was quick and food are hot, so 3 star is a good score. but it's always hard to find a seat here.

It was nice and quick but this girl Dela was super nice and helpful. She saw me pondering on which line to join and she very politely helped me find a line to stand in. Great staff!
