        First time I've ever reviewed a business. Wednesday I ask questions to confirm times so I can drop a suit off Thursday and collect Friday. He informs me they will close early on Friday so I am aware and plan to drop off and collect in the morning. Drop off before work on Thursday but shop is open 8 minutes late. I say I need to collect tomorrow morning and he doesn't mention any other hour changes for the next day. Friday morning I arrive to a sign saying they will open half an hour late at 9 that wasn't there before. I wait in the rain for 10 mins till 9 then another 20 till anyone turns up. 30mins in the rain and they haven't even got the stain out.
