0 stars actually. There are so many reasons I will never recommend this surgery. Can't wait for hours to see a doctor even though you have an appointment for it.

This is nonsense, not surgery, the phone never answered, to get appointment need to come in person before they open and then you need to chase them constantly because they dont care and will never get in touch with you. In 10 years time this place got only worst.

Queue going out the door whilst only one receptionist is serving and the other two receptionists enjoy having their air pods in and not serving other people

Extremely bad service. Today my mother had to do a blood test, I helped her. We were 6 minutes late, but we were put in line and told at the reception to wait for the call and follow the screen in the hall where the place in the queue is shown. What can I say? We waited for an hour and were called through an hour to the appointment to say that our time was up and the test would no longer take place, and where were we when the staff called us for the test a couple of times and we did not come, blaming ourselves for this situation. All the time we sat at the waiting place and did not leave to not to miss an appointment. I am very disappointed with the services provided at this clinic, that we never did a blood test and I was late for work because of it. But these people don't care.

Depending on time of day there is sometimes a wait for someone to answer the phone, but every time I speak to someone they are really helpful. They sound busy but are polite and friendly. In the last few months I've had a couple of telephone and in-person appointments with the doctor, and a nurse appointment. All very professional and reassuring. They also run weekend surgeries with locum doctors so you don't have to wait too long for an appointment.
