I popped into this store about a week ago after I had my phone stolen just within a week of buying it just to try my luck and see if I could get any help , the manager at this store named ADNA was very tone death and told me it was my fault this was really insensitive as I was physically robbed for all my items and still was and still am traumatised, she then repeated herself and said its your fault I cant help you and had such a horrible disgusting attitude, I will never return here and be served by such a horrible women

Service very quick and fast (lots of great products and the store have been refurbished/upgraded) close to near empty and still less customers attending to shop

What has happened to this store, no more items on display even the jewellery section, store looks empty, high street shop are dead.
