        Ive used this service point three times. While the first time went well, the second time the person who served me didnt put the required shipping paperwork in the parcel causing my parcel to never actually ship. This is a ridiculously huge mistake from the staff and was an incredible waste of money and time for me as I paid for nothing and had to go to the DHL centre to have my parcel returned to me. The refund process is quite complex so Im still not sure if Ill get my money back. The third time they were out of every box sizes except size 4 which didnt suit me. I had to go another DHL service point which did have smaller boxes. Again, a huge waste of time for me.

        If i could give 0 stars for this I would. Went to this store 3 times total to try to send a parcel using their alleged DHL service. Went there at 4:30 once and said they closed it at 4; when on the website is says 5. Okay not the end of the world. Next day I went at 3:00, to my surprise they said it had just gone out of service. To be frank, I wasnt surprised- not one bit. The staff look barely competent and dont really seem to care at all. Third times the charm right? Go there the third day 3:30. Hi any luck today? Ermmmm actually its not working at the moment Thats exactly what I thought. I have a question to WH SMITH. If their DHL Service Point closes at 4, why put 5 on google. Furthermore, why say that this WH Smith offers this parcel service when in reality ITS DOWN 24/7. If youve read till this point firstly I commend you and secondly my take home message from this is DO NOT COME TO THIS DHL SERVICE POINT. IT DOES NOT EXIST. THEY HAVE NO IDEA.
