Man kept on ignoring me, telling his colleague 10 min, 30 min and I tried to make him engage with me and he would ignore me each time. Last time at least I got the parcel collected, this time after them ignoring me for so long and me trying to get some answers, they finally told me the Hermes machine is not working today. I cant express my frustration, terrible customer service.
