        2 hours till closing time. Shut early and staff clearly went home! They don't even need to be there half the time, the tills automated. Yet they shut the door before buggering off!

        Clueless Asian woman with dhl returns. Dhl returns are very new to me and an asian woman I dont know her name she asked me for an account number when is was on the front of the parcel and she said she couldnt process the return without it. I went home and contacted them (dhl) and they told me the account number was right there on the parcel which I didnt know before. Maybe its an excuse to not return my parcel because if you are doing dhl return you should know where it is and now Ill have to return it again. Waste of time. I will be taking this further if theres anymore problem. I wonder whats going to be the excuse the next time that I visit.
