        Went downhill massively, no matter what time I go it never had anything, just close the shop and let us go to the local coop or Westfield

        They dump their waste on the street outside, which is not collected for days and accumulates more garbage from passers by. Entirely unacceptable, I live in one of the flats above, we will be going to war with them over this issue. 3 weeks later the situation has improved but they still persist in leaving crates on the street which attract litter.

        Smaller than the original store, now feels cramped walking around. Theres some new really annoying self service desks which dont have enough room if youve got a basket. This store seems to also have less stuff. Overall Im not very happy with the new store, this is the store I use for all my shopping and its just gotten worse

        Store now 1/3 of the size of the old store, cramped, queues out the door, next to no product range and cages of rubbish and delivery trolleys stored out the front making our local area look a mess! 100s of new apartments nearby about to open too?! Missed opportunity, your estates team need a rethink!
