Sat for my exam , and honestly it was a normal place . Best time slot is 11.00 Am , arrive there 1/2 hr earlier , there are spaces for parking if not Stratford station is not far . I would recommend it .

Sat an exam here on the 23/01/23. The office is located on the third floor of the Stratford workshops. The lockers are small, so I wouldn't bring a laptop or big bag with you, but for notes its fine. I saw other reviews talk about noise, so I bought earplugs. There was noise but nothing extreme (they mainly came from the road outside). The staff member there was very chill, which was nice and calming. I would recommend checking your pen, mine worked but wasn't great, grab two if you can. The desks are a bit small and the computers are fine. Overall its an alright place to take an exam. If you have booked here don't stress

Not the best place for your exam. They don't give you ear plugs and you can only have just one pen. Mine failed in the middle of my exam and I had to run out of the room to change for another one.

Not really recommended. The worst exam I have sat in my whole life. No explanations, everything late. Man forgot to check my IDs, so I had to recall him about it. Security checking was really awkward as I felt like interrogated and was told - "don't try any tricks as cameras are inside". During exam my mouse stopped working. So it took me about 10 minutes to get attention of examiner. When he finally came, it took him 5 minutes to check the computer, after which he just turned it off, and left the room without saying anything. I was speechless as in case of my exam time was crucial. He came back and told me to use another computer. So I'm not sure of how much time I lost, because during the exam perception of time is distorted. However, many other people also had issue and it never happened to me before that examiner was entering the room. In case of my exam he was in the room at least 5 times. Poor girl, sitting next to me also was trying to call him to help her, but also took a long time. Man had headphones the whole time. Not sure if was listening to music, as I didn't hear, however the fact of wearing headphones is disrespectful while talking to someone, especially when You sit an important exam for which You paid lots of money. Overall, unless no other choice I wouldn't recommend. I've read in other review that they were noises from outside, and building doesn't give the academic vibe. However, those are not big issues. Wearing earplugs helped against noise, so not a very big issue. Service (or I'd rather say lack of it) whereas was a big issue.

Do NOT sit your exam in this terrible rude place. Its NOT Safe. You are not safe & neither are your belongings. I passed my exam the first time. The employee at the desk was super rude from the start, during my time & to the end. He made it very, very difficult & Comfortable for me. Even started blasting the radio loud and shouting things about me during my exam - it was just me alone in the exam room. I felt threatened. When I said something very minor, he threaten to cancel my exam. He knew I was bound and had no other choice. Its very noisy, Yes very dirty and businesses should not do business with this company. You should not sit your exam there. Luckily, I was determined and not nervous about my exam hence passing otherwise I would have failed because its a very uncomfortable & unsafe place. Everything was caught on camera so I have a date and time of the incident that happened. I think the employee was actually the owner who actually did not care. You should STAY AWAY.
