London Clean Professional pleasantly surprised me with the price, but after the guys did their job, I was pleasantly surprised no less. I definitely recommend. Thank you for your work.

Regrettably this company has gone downhill quickly in the last year. I had a regular cleaner who was excellent for 2 years but since she was replaced with another cleaner everything spiralled and the service became terrible. The tenants were constantly complaining of how poor she was. The customer service also fell off a cliff with Valentina who often would take days on end to reply to my messages if at all. In the end she would only communicate to for invoices. She left me in the lurch at the very end of the service without a cleaner and no notice period whatsoever! It felt like her business was going down the tube because of staffing issues and inability to replace cleaners with competent ones. So therefore regrettably I no longer recommend this company unless you want poor customer service and poor cleaners with no back up cleaners available. I'd say definitely choose another company!
