Nespresso Boutique

Was served by a young lad named Bilal on 25th April Tuesday. He had outstanding customer service and was very accommodating to my requirements. I came in without any knowledge of Nespresso machines and I was simply browsing. Bilal facilitated all my queries and sold me the machine with the subscription with promotions that benefitted me. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about his manager who was there observing Bilal the whole time. He was not very pleasant nor facilitating. Within my package I wanted to exchange one of the flavours as it was not to my taste. Manager simply refused and said its standard without any other explanation. I may have had an allergy to this product and told the manager this will go to the bin, he just brushed it off and could not have been any more un-bothered with the transaction. I spent a fair amount of money during my visit and would have loved to build a long lasting relationship as I see myself as now a regular due to the unique Nespresso ONLY pods. But I will not be coming back to this particular store.

Bought lots of our fave coffees this morning in this nespresso, the store looked lovely, was assisted by suhel who was professional helpful and friendly. Suhel explained offers and we received a free sleeve of coronation jewels for our vertuo machine and we are so excited to receive this. Thank you Suhel and we hope to see you again.

Today I was served by Juan. I had the most wonderful experience and his knowledge in all the coffees is super amazing. He knew exactly what I was after. I absolutely loved my visit and the super special treatment I got. Juan took my shopping and kept it safe so that I can shop @ Nespresso without struggling with heavy bags or being distracted. I ended up buying a new machine and lots of new coffee! Such a wonderful compassionate witty salesman. Lots of love

Had an absolutely lovely experience. Was greeted by a fantastic employee named Sherif. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful and knew a lot about the product. Nice to see. 10/10
