        Overall not satisfied . Customer service very bad. The trainee barista didnt ask me the add ons option and just ran away from the till.when i ask him to add the whipped cream he told me that i didn't ask but its his duty to ask the customers if i need something extra ? And Dont ask me its drink in or take away and directly gave me takeaway box. and we coudn't drink the shakes as ice wasnt blended well. Whatever need to train more how to deal with customers.
