A couple of weeks ago I stopped here to eat. I ordered fried rice with duck. Unfortunately the duck was raw, and when I came back and explained to the staff they not only treated me badly but made me move away from the counter so as not to let others hear. Now I went there yesterday and look a bit the place is closed.

I ordered spicy special fried rice and my wife ordered rice with beef on black bean sauce today the 11 June. Rubbish!!!! Food was completely taste less and dry. We complained to a lady at the counter who told us that the chef was new.

Ridiculous cusomer service. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal and ended up having a refund as couldn't wait any longer. People who ordered after me got their meals. When I mention the issue lady said 'it depends on the chef, it's coming' not a single sorry. I understand that you get busy but this is outrageous. Zero apologies and I've also been told that I can't complain because thay are busy... what the hell is that! Not to mention I witnessed fight between employees, misplaced orders for other customers and other people askkng for refund for the same reason as mine. Ridiculous!
