Horrendous service at Hylands estate. I was a guest attending this wedding, food was dry and cold. Staff were incompetent. Do not recommend

Horrendous service. I wouldnt even give this a 1 star service, but I have to select a star. The service was awful and very delayed, the food was cold and dry, quality of meat was poor. So disappointed in every aspect of this service. Tahir was incredibly rude when spoken to, all we asked was for their team to be more efficient and he did not take to it kindly and instead acted out by offending people at the event. The table linens and napkins arrived in the wrong colour, we requested ivory months in advance and on the day we received green, yellow and many other varieties which was not rectified and instead we had to make do! I do not recommend booking for any event, he had no respect for someones wedding or members of the family, nor did he apologise for his wrong doings. He sent a few members of his team earlier to the wedding none of whom had answers for anything, when I asked to speak to him directly they said he would be over shortly and then was no where to be seen for hours on end. The worst service Ive ever received!!!!
