        The tiramisu is freshly assembled in front of you you can pick the base from different consistencies of biscuits, you can also pick the toppings. Or if, like me, you just want the classic recipe you simply watch the biscuit being soaked in coffee, the coffee then removed once the biscuit absorbs the requisite amount..mascarpone is ladled in over the coffee soaked biscuitfollowed by chocolate dust (and you can then pick some fresh berries to top.) And to think this dessert was only invented in the last century - how lucky are we to enjoy it (a few decades after its heady popularity in the 80s!)
