M&S Cafe

The staff are the best thing there I use to love going there but lately when I go they have never got half the food on the menu even foe the kids I went there today they had no beans no pasta for the kids or 3ven fruit choice the kids choices are smaller and the sandwiches 2 they use to get 3 I went to John Lewis recently they had 3 snack choices more sandwiches and was the same price plus crayons I'm so disappointed as I love the staff in there they always say no enough stock if you haven't got the stock take things off the menu im allergic to all bread so my choices today was very limited

Nice and clean, it was very quiet when we went on Wednesday morning. Very disappointed with the "Hot Chocolate" as it wasn't hot. Had to drink it all as soon as we sat down. Would have been better going to Costa or Starbucks!

M&S decided to go on their own with food service, and their customer service team is worse than sports direct... Bad attitude, no communication, no knowledge of what they have... I hope someone reads the review and do something about it.

Nice cafe on the top floor of the store, selling lunches, snacks, drinks and bits. Every time we've been there there had always been seating, which is good if you have littleuns. Staff seemed nice, and good views of from the windows
