        Terrible bank, I tried to deposit in one of the machines but it forced me to use an envelope for some reason, so I put 10 in and none of it got added to my account balance, I waited a week and nothing happened!

        Condescending and rude. Saw an elderly lady really need help with the cash deposit machine and she was simply shunned away. she couldve easily been made a victim theft. Ended up helping her myself

        Rude staff, the middle aged Asian lady with glasses seems to be the manager but she just gossips with other members of staff. Worst nationwide branch Ive visited.
