        I have been shopping with this store since about 2016. However as of recent their service and quality of products has really deteriorated. I purchased 3 items recently. One of which was faulty. When I hilighed this they were rude and dismissive. They didn't even want to check what the issue was. Everything is great until there are any issues with any of their products. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

        I bought 2 faja from 2 different places and I have to say that they are no where near the quality of the ones I bought from 4Bellu, they hands down have the best faja in the market and I would give more stars if I could

        Went to the Stratford Branch today for my stage 2 faja & im pleased with how helpful Kathe is. She helped me get the perfect size for my body and helped me put it on as she knew I would struggle. Fantastic customer service. I always come here post surgery.
