I had an appointment booked at 6.40....I arrived at 6.20 to be told that they cancelled my appointment (same as another reviewer). No warning or anything. What is most shocking is that they blamed head office and said they can't do anything after 4pm as the system 'won't allow it'. They made it clear that they don't know why the app allows appointments after 4pm. So 3 members staff are paid from 4pm to 7pm (sometimes 8pm) to do nothing at all. What nonsense...either they are just lazy and cancelling appointments or they were telling the truth and this is how they run a business. Needless to say don't waste your time and take your custom where it will be honored. I know I won't be making this mistake again. Service: Eyebrow threading

Had a lash appointment booked for 5.20pm I got there 5mins early for them to tell me they cant do my lashes because they close at 6 I said but my appointment was booked for 5.20pm so how isit to late why have appointments for 5.20pm if your not going to do it. For the lady to tell me I should of called KMT why should I have to call if I booked a appointment online. Im so angry at the poor service. They will never see my money again.
