Booked an appointment in advance and checked a couple of times if the date and time was okay, including the morning of. Arrived and I was told the hairdresser had left :( I didnt find out until I called and there was no other person to do my hair. Very annoying as I was flying out the next day for my birthday and couldnt reschedule

Came across this salon through a Google search and thought I'd give it a try. My twists were rushed and messily done. The girls doing my hair were discussing with each other how they wanted to get the twists done as quickly as possible so they could go home, and it shows. Sections are too big so the result is a lack of volume. My natural hair sticks out in most of the twists. Curls afterwards weren't nicely done. Doesn't look anything like what I asked for. Definitely not worth 60, could have done a better job myself. On the plus side the salon was clean. Won't be returning
