Trying to open an account and got msg saying I need to verify identity in branch. The young lady for general enquiry was super passive aggressive and asked me to book an appointment elsewhere that is more than one month later per process.
Eventually problem solved by myself trying again opening account from their website which went through smoothly.
People working here simply need better training or need to think before brainlessly ask customer to book an appointment in this case which is more than one month away literally shovelling unnecessary work to other colleagues which doesnt help anyone
