The worst branch ever there is only ever one cashier and one everyday banking machine regardless how many people are in the que, I have been waiting for more than half hour now for the cashier as there is only one person the worst service ever....

I feel bad for not getting their names - but the lady and the guy working today (april 1st) were the first Barclays staff of several branches Ive used not to be computer says no about my not having a postcode and wanting access to my money. Super helpful. The queue was long so I think they need more staff. But the staff that were there, were - chefs kiss

Useless. Three staff milling about pretending to look busy. One cashier who did not know how to log on, then was unable to assist the customer. Three people then milled about the till frowning still unable to assist. When it came to be my turn in the queue I was told that you cannot do bank transfers at the counter and that a man who had been waiting somewhere else had to go first because he had a large transfer to do. I explained that was the reason for my visit and told to wait on the sofa. 25 minutes later and no one has helped me. I try to do everything I can online but due to restrictions set by Barclays I had to come to a branch. I'm disabled and work full time and don't have the time that spend my entire lunch hour trying to carry out one simple transaction. If I could give zero stars I would.
