        Been in branch for my mobile banking and card issue. Received Very good service and helpful advise from Mr Mohsin . Also to mention, same query as wasnt dealt by staff from Ilford branch with enough professionalism. Ilford branch management need to train staff better on how to be helpful towards customers.

        Visited Stratford branch HSBC today to unblock my debit card. And the staff Moseen offered me global card which is really something I need as I often visit my home country Thailand and use foreign currency. He was professional and helpful to explain me about the card and features.
