Terrible customer service. She told me they didn't have vegetable bake when they clearly had loads. When I pointed that out and asked her 'then what are these?' she pretended not to hear, then when I repeated the question, raising my voice, she goes 'Sorry?!?!'

The downsides were that, I could barely hear the staff at the till. I had to ask them to repeat themselves. Not because they werent talking loud enough but because the shop was so loud. Also 2 individuals just walked and stole stuff and the staff could do nothing but tell them to pay for it. Of course they didnt. They need security honestly. I feel for the staff. Besides that the food was good and cooked well. I had the pepperoni pizza . And the chicken bites with wedges which were a bit dry but okay.

If someone going there with their O2 priority code they bahave very rude way like they are giving free things to you.I went last sunday and surved by the very young immature child working behind the till who is with a pouny tail on him. Looks like he is sikh. I went there to use my O2 code to get a coffee and being horrified with his service. My coffee was ready and waiting on the machine but he is not giving it to me instead he was doing something else changing milk and washing his shirt. When i have waited for 10 minutes staring at my coffee and him then he gave me my coffee and its already cold. I can't express how upset i was that day just bcoz he ruined my day. No smile no respect no thanks nothing. On the other hand the bengali fat lady with hijab she is different level of rudeness shouting on people all day long looks like she is a mom of everyone. Never say thanks or smiled.
