There's always an element of uncertainty when using a company of which you know little. But I'd had the advantage of Steve Somerville putting in a new front door for us in September, 2022. He's a top-class operator. So he was obviously first choice for fitting a new window, too. As last time, he visited the house, measured carefully, gave an expert opinion on the time it would take and made recommendations. In this case, it was for acoustic glass to deaden the sound of a busy country road. More expensive, he explained, but well worth it. He sent an accurate estimate, informed me a likely date, gave me an update on expected weather so delayed for 24 hours. And the work? Immaculate. He turns up on time, delivers superbly, does not rush the job, is professional at all times and clears all waste and rubbish. I'm usually a complainer, but I would recommend him unreservedly. He's Premier League.

Was looking for an offset lever front door handle. They don't supply any handles on their own, but was very helpful in recommending a company that might have spares (and they did!).
