Rachels HIT classes have been keeping me fit for some years now and I would thoroughly recommend them. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable about the body and training techniques. She is also very personable so everyone feels relaxed and welcome and enjoys the sessions, even when she works us extra hard!

Such fab, fun fitness sessions both outdoor and online. All at your own pace with a great group of friendly people; highly motivational and supportive coaching and a brilliant incentive to top up your Vitamin D and seratonin!

Since the start of lockdown Rachel's classes ( & her banter ) have kept me fit and sane - every day is different and can easily adapt to your schedule or fitness level. Rachel is great for advice for any injuries/ pain too . Don't hesitate to sign up it's such good value x
