We had our viewing with Jay, who from the start provided excellent customer service by making an exception to fit us in that little bit earlier in order to view! And thank goodness he did. After having a few other viewings that day with other estate agents it was obvious to us this was the property we wanted. Jay was very knowledgeable about the property and the process and advised how we should go about making the offer. Our offer was accepted and progressed quickly! We have now moved in and are very happy in our new home. A big thank you to Jay and the rest of the team.
