Such a lovely, friendly school, we are so pleased we made the decision to send our child here and couldn't recommend it more highly. Very dedicated staff, a great Headmistress in an ideal setting.

I disagree very much about the lack of support for children with learning difficulties . My sons life was completely turned around by Mr Gannon, he was kind, patient, funny, interesting. He instilled confidence and belief in my sons abilitys . My son is now doing so well at secondary school, he is in top sets for all of his subjects , and only today I received a certificate through the post for his massive improvements in maths . I do personally believe some people think small schools are private schools and expect too much.

If your children has any learning difficulties that need classroom support please please please avoid this school!! they only focus on the over achievers, the headmistress and yr 5 & 6 teacher Mr Gannon tell lies to cover up their failings and both also are very clever at putting on a false front, my son suffered miserably all through year 5 at the hands of those two! in the end I removed him from the school, and I wasnt the only parent to remove their children out of the school due to their lack of support & blatant lies.... hence the reason why year 6 is such a small class ...my only regret is not removing my son sooner!
