    Terrible company very unprofessional DO NOT USE!! They are quick to take your money even out of hours but when there is an issue Tom does a runner. There are other vehicle hire companies in stow market which are 10 times better.

    Tom completely ruined my summer holidays. After their mistake with my booking, which I had paid for months in advance, Tom provide me with an 18 year old estate car to travel to Italy. Only to end up breaking down by the side of the motorway in France 30 mins into our journey outside Calais. He had not even added the car details to the European roadside assistance cover. After six hours stranded, I had to source a car in France which meant I had to reschedule my train back at the end of the holiday to be able to drop all our belongings in the UK along with my dogs - who had to have their tapeworm treatment by a certain day to be able to come back home, and then take the French car to France two days later by ferry, and then return by train on the same day. Tom gave me all my money back but his series of mistakes and disorganisation meant I am now over 1000 out of pocket as we had to rectify all the issues he caused. That was by far the worst holiday experience weve ever had.
