The system enables us to show a variety of ways to book our accommodation... Staycation, B&B, Courses and Retreats, all catered for within this system. The help guides are really useful and it's just what we were looking for! :-)

All that glitters is not gold... This is supposed to be the best PMS out there, do yourself a favour and just don't buy into the sales conversation that it can do all these things. What you will find is a product that can't do basics, the support team always says they are working on fixing an issue and will never get back to you, they can't fix a product that is in constant disarray. They will not take ownership for the faults of the system and will always say that it's because you aren't using the system properly. If you use the system to do your rates updates, note that after you do some rate changes (not sure exactly how many a day) you are then blocked from doing more rates updates, maybe you have to wait 1 hour/2 hours...; no one exactly knows but if you point this to them they just say it's you don't know how to use their amazing system. Just do yourself a favour and don't even bother, you will live a less stressed life.
