EOCharging provide zero customer service, my EO Mini Pro 2 has been broken since the cold weather in December (2 months and counting). I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails I still have no fix date, they never call back with any updates. Avoid this company and its chargers.

I had an EO Mini Pro 2 for just over 12 months. I didnt have any issues with the installation. However my issue is with the lack of development with the EO Mini Pro 2. Its effectively a dumb charger. Set a few schedules and that is it. There is no smart tariff integration, and when I contacted EO to ask about smart tariff integration and firmware updates I was told it was unlikely. In the end I have given on EO as no way can I see the Mini Pro 2 being supported now the Mini Pro 3 has arrived. My Mini Pro 2 has now been removed and replaced with a Ohme Home Pro, which is integrating perfectly with my Intelligent Octopus tariff. Me personally give EO products a miss, as there are better alternatives out there. As said cant fault the approved installers, my gripe is with the lack of development in its consumer products.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, public chargers dont delivery ANY charge but you will still get charged for each time you tap your card - in my case 12.. The company is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of, I have been on hold 30 minutes this morning with no success to actually talk to anybody. They dont reply to emails, they sent a refund form weeks ago but dont actually act on it. I have had to get in touch with my bank today for them to issue a charge back on the card, looking at previous reviews on here unfortunately I am not the only person that has been let down by the incompetence at EO charging.

Their chargers dont work in the cold, and they are an absolute disgrace to deal with when you have a problem. Avoid at all costs
