Helpful in-store staff but the fitting service is appalling. Clearly do not care about fitting correctly, only about selling. The saddle that was "fitted" to my horse slipped so badly it ended up with a nasty fall for me and has also hurt his back (confirmed by chiropractor). It slipped every time I rode in it and the girth was always done up enough. Got a full refund (minus callout fee) however this should not have happened in the first place. Totally unacceptable and it could have ended up even worse (I ended up with severe leg bruising, a cut arm and whiplash).

A good experience visiting Mill Saddlery a few weeks ago as a pre saddle fitting. Very helpful staff with lots of knowledge when it comes to knowing which saddle to suggest.

I went to the saddle fitting clinic yesterday , I am really impressed by the professionalism and the time and care taken to fit a saddle to my pony and myself , the difference it made to my pony to have a saddle properly fitted was amazing , it made my day . Thank you Liz
