        Staff were friendly, atmosphere was excellent. Met friends which made the evening pass quickly, great company. Good food in general, but we were not impressed with the burger. The fish and chips I had was cooked well and was tasty but wife didn't like the burger meal, as brouche bun, which is a personal dislike and the burger was poor tbh. People at the pub were friendly, which makes the whole atmosphere of the public house pleasant. Definitely be visiting again .

        Visited Saturday around 6pm, was busy, but staff worked hard to keep on top of orders. I had sweet curry special, and was really impressed. Two pints of nethergate which was excellent. Fully recommend
