Parkyns Letting Agents

I wouldn't recommend renting through this agency and would advise to stay away from any flats in Stowmarket near Stowe Vet/Lidl as it appears that the landlords are panting over black mould, and their estate agents are of course protecting their clients...this is the landlords not the tenants. Mamy people, including contractors and the neighbours advised that the building is not up to suitable living conditions but the agents still blamed it on the tenants.

Very unprofessional and none of them seem to know what theyre doing. Send people out to do things theyre clearly not qualified to do and then when things are missed its put on the tenant. Can never get a response unless it involves money theyre trying to get out of you. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Having contacted Parkyns for a rentals found them to be highly unprofessional, despite reaching out immediately they would not arrange a remote viewing and when enquiring why we were not kept in the process could not offer any acceptable reasons we even offered to pay rental period up front. Everything you do not like about the worst brand of sales people.

Outstanding service!!! A friendly, courteous, and highly professional team. Found us the perfect tenants within a week and everything ran through very smoothly. Parkyns fees are also extremely competitive, which is another plus. We would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jessica, Katie, and Nathan, we are extremely happy landlords.
