While having an extension built we unexpectedly had to have our combi boiler relocated before any further work could be carried out. Doug was on site the same day to advise on relocation of boiler and additional heating requirements of the new build, he highlighted the old boiler was very old and parts if available would be very expensive. Next day we received a quote for agreed work using old boiler and to supply and fit a new boiler. We decided to go with a new boiler as we had been having a few problems with the old one, but at no point was any pressure put on us to change it they were happy to re use the old one if we wanted. After moving some of their work around Glen managed to get to us and carry out the work. Everything was done to a very high standard and on the day of installation of the boiler stayed late until it was fully functional so we were not without hot water for more than a few hours.
