        Stow Lodge is staffed by well-trained physios, and to my delight - seeing them was free! I've been twice, and the issues that I had were the sort that can be dealt with using a range of exercises. So i followed my exercise regime, then went back for a check up to see that my nasty little hip injury was truly on the mend - and it was. Amazing that this service is available through the NHS, thank you.
