        Hostile and unfriendly. I've never been made to feel so unwelcome in a salon . I booked an appointment earlier that day but the lady wrote my name down wrong . When I arrived to a completely empty shop with the two of them doing nothing they still asked to see my phone record to prove that I had rung and booked . He even made me show him the number I had rung and the time of the call ! They reluctantly agreed to do my infill as my phone showed I had rung ahead , but they were not at all friendly and clearly didn't want the business . Can't understand why they went out of their way to discourage a client when the shop was empty . It was clean and they did an ok job but I won't ever return .
