        Tried to ring ten times, no one answered. Mistake on prescription where tablets were missed when they were ordered.

        Tried to call them 13 times today as I am away from home and need them to release my medication so I can collect from another Tesco, they hang up the phone. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. They are find if you go in person but clearly dont want to deal with people or requests over phone.
