Poor communication and frankly incompetent. Its actually reassuring to see people had a similar experience I just thought it was us. Wanted to sell a mortgage even though was told several times we dont need it . The lady could not get past that and got very rude and argued with us. Clearly this estate agent does not need sales as theyre actively put people off. Even though I really wanted to see the house I couldnt pass go as I wasnt prepared to use them as a mortgage broker. Rude and pushy !! Deffo avoid if possible.

William H Brown Stowmarket have been superb when it comes helping with my house move, I'm using them with both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new house. Stuart, Lee and Georgia have all been extremely helpful and I'm sure they'll continue to be.

Selling fee was a bit more than other local agents but after seeing what they had to offer, we negotiated a fee. Dealt mostly with Stuart and Lee and we really can not fault them, or any of the team. Calls were always returned, as required. My house sold pretty quickly - they dealt with the majority of all viewings, which made the process painless. Stuart always called to advise of any properties that he thought would be of interest for the onwards purchase, before they actually went on the market. Flexible with arranging viewings around our work commitments which was a big help. There was a period of around 4 months + between my sale, and having an onwards offer accepted, but they remained in regular contact with my buyer to keep him updated and ensure he was still happy waiting. Highly recommended.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Made trying to find a home 100% harder would never use them again for anything
