supeb communication and service - had to travel for 40mins but worth the trip - needed a new watch crown and stem having broken mine to upgrade my watch to sapphire crystal - wonderful gentleman sorted my problem in 5 mins and didnt charge excessively to do it. will come here again if i need anything else watch related - even a battery change is a very reasonable cost - well done for such a superb service! go vegan for victory!

Wonderful little jewellery shop. I thought I needed a new battery for my dad's watch but all it needed was a good clean out. Ricky wouldn't accept a penny! So nice to find such 'good old fashioned' and friendly service.

We have lived in Suffolk for five years but we have only just found this lovely jewellers. We only went in originally with my husbands old watch that he has had for years, and to see if it could be cleaned. How ever it turned out it had water damage and is now given up the ghost. My husband has now bought me a lovely pair of earrings which I am over the moon with. I have some broken jewellery that needs to be brought back to life and we will definitely be going back in the New Year. Thank you so much for all your help and patience.
