We have just completed our sale with Paul Wright Estate Agents. From the offset David gave us a clear and knowledgeable valuation. He was honest and what we liked the most was his personnel enthusiasm for our house. He then passed us onto Aaron the sales manager, who has been a wonderful point of contact throughout the entire process and kept us up to date and informed throughout. We were pleased to be told that they charge a 1% commission fee and there were no other fees to pay and no contract to sign with them. Therefore at any point if our house was not to sell there would be no charge to us. I would highly recommend this independent company for sales or rentals.

Recently have been struggling with my bills and finances so took the time to reach out to David at Paul Wright & Co Ltd who was very understanding, kind, and generous with the situation. He didn't have to give me any extension on paying my rent towards them, although, by doing so, I very much appreciate David showing me the kindness towards helping me out. If you're looking for an Estate agent who cares about the individual circumstances of their renters, be sure to give these guys a shot!
