Booked 4 weeks in advance to get an appointment for myself and my young son at the same time. As a single parent these things take a lot of time, and are hard to factor in to everything else. They sent reminders by text and email every few days to make sure I didn't miss my appointment... And then cancelled my appointments the day before! Inconsiderate and thoroughly unprofessional. Should be ashamed.

I am very upset that I cannot remember the gentleman's name who helped me choose my glasses, but he was amazing. Historically I'd pick some bog standard glasses and only wear them if for some reason I couldn't wear my contacts. He looked at my face shape and told me what would suit me and what would work well with my prescription. Then helped me choose based off of that. I now wear my glasses lots because I like the way they look. I have had many compliments on them.

Incompetent from start to finish. Can in for contact lenses and glasses. When having my contact lens check I was told I had to pay and would be refunded for it if I signed up for the scheme. Then when they didnt refund me when I sign up I queried it, I was then called by the manager and told that I would be refunded after 6 months on the trial, which was a new term he made up on the spot. I asked if they would call and refund me in 6 months or forget. He said of course they would note it down, well of course they forgot! I had to ring and get the refund. Called another time to get a copy of my prescription, a basic function of an opticians, they said they would call me back. Surprisingly never heard from them again. I went to the one in Ipswich MUCH better service. This franchise is rubbish!

Told to arrive 10 mins before appointment, actually arrived 15 mins early, manager told us to browse, 20 mins later and a queue building up another staff member came over and we hadn't even been booked in. Disappointed.manager most unhelpful.
