        Went to collect internet ordered shower. Exemption lanyard and card fully on show. Lady in the shop refused me entry without a mask still!

        Very unhelpful lady kept quoting company Covid policy. Can't touch this and that. Us tradesmen, who has been working right through the Pandemic understand these rules. From someone who is front of house, I didn't have a good experience at all and I have an account there too. Went round the corner to Plumb Base and got all I wanted and both Marryln and Andy, were very accommodating. Post Entry: Peter the manager/Plumb Centre was very helpful and sorted my problem out afterwards
