        I met Elaine at a machine embroidery weekender where she helped us all with her knowledge and expertise. I have since ordered a Dime magnetic hoop from her which arrived today. The whole purchase was exceptional from beginning to end. The process was smooth and she couldn't of been lovelier. Thankyou Elaine

        Absolutely amazing customer service, I am researching sewing and embroidery machines and the owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and spent a long time explaining pros and cons of each model. Recommended other machines. Not pushy, not looking for a quick sale. Clearly values every customer. Will definitely buy from here once I've made my mind up about which machine to buy!
