        From the moment we had our first meeting with the sales office the communication and service was exceptional. We had done our home work on local developers / builders within the trade and knew the quality of Bloor Homes came at an increase in cost but it would be more than worth it over other local developments in the end. Ben, John & Mel in the Sales Office walked us through the process from choosing the plot, what was included, extras and it was very clear and easy to understand. Ben then went that extra mile throughout the legal process keeping us up to date with progress on the build. On moving in we were greeted by some amazing very generous quality moving in gifts from the site team. Quality of the build is exceptional and from the day of the move right up to the first couple of months we have had visits from Michael, Dan and Matt from the site team checking everything is OK and could they do anymore for us! Excellent service can not fault all of the team at Bloor Homes.

        Terrible company, will fleece you for as much money as they can. Literally nothing is included in the extremely expensive price for a house. The sales person, Ben, does not know his product at all. We ended up explaining what isn't included to him as he was promising the world but we had done our research. We chose to go with Linden Homes at the other end of Stowupland. They have an incredibly knowledgeable sales executive and an award winning site manager. They have gone above and beyond for us. When I think back to our Bloor Homes experience I shudder. Thank goodness we saw sense and moved to Oak Farm Meadow. Our home is beautiful.
