        West View IT have been managing all of our IT needs for several months and we have been hugely impressed. We are a team of 14 and it had become too difficult to manage our IT issues in house. West View are exactly what we were looking for - they have resolved some very complex IT issues that we had failed to resolve for more than 12 months (proving extraordinarily tenacious and refusing to give up until they had cracked it). Our main liaison, Owen, is brilliant - friendly, helpful, approachable, and always explains things in non-technical language for those of us that need it. I highly recommend them for any business needing IT support.
