        Woodburner sweep booked - what we got was a hoover out of the burner and that was it! On checking it was obvious the baffle plate was not removed (flue can't be swept with that still in it and its tricky to remove)...couple of fire bricks were removed and then put back in round the wrong way! Called to discuss it and left a voicemail but no call back as yet.....at least there is an address to visit. Disappointing to say the least :(. My advice would be use someone else. Service: Chimney flue cleaning

        Excellent customer service, friendly polite and great value for money. Really happy with my log burner. I've Saved lots of money on my gas bill. I'm hoping to have another one fitted in my extension.
