        James massively let us down following a year of hard work on our house. Didnt show up when he said he would, even when leaving keys out risking our house security. Wouldnt answer his phone or emails for days on end, even when he was due to turn up. Multiple excuses given for not turning up. Took hinges, which wed bought, from our house and has never returned them. Even had the audacity to try and make us feel sorry for him as he felt bad for not completing the work on our house.

        Good professional tradesmen are hard to find nowerdays, but look no further than James from Ligna. We had a complex job to do but he managed it using his army of contacts so each element (electrics,plastering and decorating) were all done to the same high standard as the carpentry works. All in all a first class job and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

        Ligna Carpentry provide a top notch service from start to finish. James, is a pleasure to deal with and his work is second to none. In his most recent job that he did, he constructed, treated and hung the most perfect garden gate in the tricky entrance to our back garden. I know who I shall be calling again when I need my next carpentry job completed.
