        Poor service. Wanted bank statements as far back as they go. Unfortunately online it only goes back 3 years. I also wanted to see specific names on payments made. As i got inline an older lady came out to ask if she could help. As i asked her she bluntly told me that they can't provide specific names of payments, only full bank statements. Which is strange because I can do it online myself just not as far back. I informed her and she almost seemed offended. I then went inside to speak to another lady behind the counter who just flat out said NO, In a very blunt manner. She then ordered 8 years of bank statements to my address without me even asking for this. I did mention to her that it's strange that i can do it online but you can't, she just shrugged her shoulders. I left and called nationwide and they done it for me in 5 minutes also cancelling the bank statements that were sent. 2 very rude older ladies. The 2 younger girls are much more polite.
